We assist clients in opening a brokerage account (preferably at CHARLES SCHWAB & CO.) to hold all assets. Verona Capital Managment has 'limited power of attorney' to effectuate purchases and sale of securities only. Clients are sent monthly or quarterly statements.

We feel that the stance of the Federal Reserve as to the direction of interest rates is important to market direction. We also follow the European, Asian, South American and other global economies and stock markets. Our fundamental outlook takes into consideration not only the growth of the U.S. economy but its relationship to other economies in the world.

We monitor and invest in both bull and bear markets using technical and fundamental analysis. With over thirty years of experience in the investment business we examine and trade many types of equties and fixed income products.
